My research focuses on the three E’s: Epidemiology, Evolution and Ecology. I am particularly interested in how spatial structure, heterogeneities and stochasticity affect the emergent population-level dynamics
Sam’s roles include administering training activities and developing strategies for capacity building at the Programme and within the East African region as head of training at the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust.
Etienne is a Genome Biologist in Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine, University of Oxford and has been employed since 2012 to establish a Bioinformatics and Genomics platform.
