IDeAL & Head of Training
Sam’s roles include administering training activities and developing strategies for capacity building at the Programme and within the East African region as head of training at the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust

Heads the Virus Epidemiology and Control Research Group within the Epidemiology and Demography Department, with research support primarily from a Wellcome Trust Senior Investigator Award.
